Billy Cason, Chief Executive Officer

 Mr. Cason is a retired member of the infamous U.S. Army Special Forces
 "Green Berets".

 He served with the "Green Berets" during the Vietnam War and for over 20
 years.

 He spent nearly three years in Thailand with the same 46th Special Forces
 Company as the recently deceased Earl Woods (Tiger Woods dad).

 Since retiring from the U.S. Army and after working for Tracor Applied
 Sciences, Inc. Mr. Cason started and currently operates his own
 communications company under the name Special Communications, LLC., which
 he has run since 1989.

  Mr. Cason is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren and along with his
 wife Claire lives in Virginia Beach Virginia.
